Customer page ("Your points")
Give every customer their own private page with their points, membership level, savings, visits and purchases. They open it from a link or the QR on their receipt — no app, no sign-in.
The customer page is a small web page for one customer: "Hi Ko Aung — 1,250 points". It lives at store.liteshop.app/m/… (or your own online store's address) and opens on any phone. Customers don't need an app or an account: the link itself is the key.
#Turn the customer page on
- Open Settings → Customers → Customer page (owners and managers).
- Switch Customer page on.
- Under What customers see, switch each part on or off (see the next section).
- Choose whether receipts and the customer display show the page link, and the page's first language (Automatic uses your online store's language, else Myanmar).
Switching the customer page off stops every page link at once. Switching it on again brings the same links back — customers don't need new ones.
#What customers see
Every part has its own switch. A part that is off is not on the page at all — it isn't just hidden.
| Part | Shows | Starts |
|---|---|---|
| Points | Points balance, what they are worth, how points are earned | On |
| Membership and progress | Their level, its discount, and "Spend 20,000 Ks more to reach Gold" when levels have a spend amount | On |
| Total saved | Discounts, member prices, coupons and points used, added up | On |
| Visits | How many times they bought from you | On |
| Member since and last visit | The month of the first purchase, the day of the last one | On |
| Store credit | Store credit they can use | On |
| Balance owed and instalments | What they owe, monthly plans, and Pay now when there is an open pay link | Off |
| Purchase history | The last 10 purchases with the date, what they saved on each and a link to the receipt (no purchase totals) | On |
The page never shows the total amount the customer spent, their phone number, address, email, birthday or notes, or anything about your staff and costs. It shows the customer's first name only (for example "Ko Aung").
On the customer screen, staff see a preview of exactly what this customer sees, and next to it the figures only staff see (total spend, visits, last visit).
#Share the link
- Open Customers and the customer.
- In Customer page, tap Share link. The first time, this makes the customer's link.
- Send it with Viber, Telegram, Copy link or More apps.
To let a customer scan it at the counter, tap Show QR. Tap Preview to see the page as the customer will — also before a link exists, or while the page is off.
#On receipts and the customer display
With "Your points" on receipts switched on, every receipt of a sale with a customer ends with "Your points and rewards" and the customer's page link. The first receipt of a customer makes their link, so it works from the start.
- Receipt designs: add the Your points QR block (Codes group) to print it as a QR code. It prints only on sales with a customer.
- Customer display: with QR on the customer display on, the thank-you screen shows the customer's page QR next to the receipt QR.
Sales without a customer, and sales made offline for a customer who has no link yet, print no page link.
#Reset a link or leave a customer out
- Reset link (owners and managers): makes a new link. The old link and every printed QR stop working at once. Use it when a link was shared by mistake.
- No page for this customer (owners and managers): this customer's page stops working; tap Give this customer a page to bring the same link back.
- Deleting a customer deletes their page.
#Privacy
- Only people who have the link can open the page. Links are long and random — they can't be guessed — and search engines don't list them.
- The page reads one small document that LiteShop writes for it. It holds only the parts you switched on.
- Nobody — not even your staff — can change what the page shows except through these settings.
#Plans
- Free: the page shows points and the membership level (with progress).
- Plus and up: every part — total saved, visits, member dates, store credit, balances with Pay now, and purchase history.
