Plans & billing

LiteShop has five plans: Free, Plus, Pro, Ultra and Enterprise. Every new business gets 1 month of Plus for free. You see your plan, how much you use and when it ends in Settings → Plan. Only the owner can upgrade or renew. Managers can see the plan.

#Compare plans

Every plan has: checkout, receipts and receipt links, cash drawer, offline selling, cash, QR and gift card payments, customers and loyalty points, stock in and out, low-stock alerts, delivery zones and tracking, this help site and Telegram help.

#Free

Free is for a small shop that is just starting.

• 1 shop and up to 2 staff.
• Up to 1,000 items, and 100 of them on your online store.
• 30 automatic QR photo checks and 20 payment links each month.
• Up to 3 discounts or coupons switched on at the same time.
• Reports: the Sales and Profit tabs for the last 90 days.
• Exports for your accountant as CSV files, for the last 90 days.
• The online store shows "Powered by LiteShop" at the bottom.
• Payments at checkout: cash, QR and gift cards.
• Up to 10 quotations and invoices a month together (due on receipt), and up to 10 repair jobs a month.
• 50 digital codes delivered a month.

#Plus

Plus is for a shop that is growing. It costs 22,500 Ks a month or 225,000 Ks a year. (Until 16 October 2026 this plan was called Pro.)

Everything in Free, and:

• Up to 10 staff, items with no limit, and every item on your online store.
• 500 automatic QR photo checks each month, payment links and discounts with no limit.
• Suppliers, purchase orders, supplier prices and landed cost.
• Batches and expiry dates.
• Serial numbers & warranty: IMEI / serial tracking for phones and electronics.
• Membership tiers.
• Receivables: credit limits, due dates and aging for what customers owe you. Payables: what you owe suppliers. (Selling on credit and the receivable totals are on every plan; see the glossary.)
• Every report, including the Stock tab, for all dates.
• Excel exports and the Accountant pack, for any period.
• Your own branding: no "Powered by LiteShop" on your online store.
• More ways to pay: Card, Mobile Wallet, Bank Transfer and Other.
• Quotations and invoices and repair jobs with no limit: invoice due dates and reminders, your logo and terms; repair parts from stock, the tracking link, repair warranty and technicians.
• Layaway: deposit now, collect later.
• Instalments (pay monthly), Reorder suggestions and Marketing.
• Barcode labels, weighing scale, time clock & commission and the customer display.
• Faster support.

#Pro

Pro is for a shop that is opening more branches. It costs 49,000 Ks a month or 490,000 Ks a year.

Everything in Plus, and:

• 3 shops. Need more? Add extra shops for 8,000 Ks per shop per month (96,000 Ks a year).
• Up to 20 staff.
• Stock transfers between your shops.
• Price lists: wholesale, reseller or VIP prices, picked automatically at checkout.
• Reseller portal for up to 20 resellers: they open their own link, sign in with a PIN and order at their prices, on credit or paid by QR.
• All shops reports and exports that add your shops together.
• 1,000 automatic QR photo checks and 250 purchase receipt scans each month.
• 18 months of sales history kept live.
• Faster support.

#Ultra

Ultra is for a business with many shops. It costs 99,000 Ks a month or 990,000 Ks a year.

Everything in Pro, and:

• 5 shops. Need more? Add extra shops for 8,000 Ks per shop per month (96,000 Ks a year).
• Staff with no limit, 2,000 automatic QR photo checks and 500 receipt scans each month, 24 months of history.
• Business finance: money accounts, business value, profit and loss, loans, owners and investors.
• Your store is listed first (featured) on the marketplace at store.liteshop.app.
• Delivery zones priced by a carrier's rate card.
• Priority support.

#Enterprise

Enterprise is for chains and big businesses: unlimited shops, custom limits and priority support. It has every Ultra tool. LiteShop sets the price and the limits with you.

1. Open Settings → Plan.
2. On the Enterprise card, tap Contact LiteShop. A Telegram chat opens with your shop name and plan already in the message.
3. Tell us how many shops and staff you have. LiteShop switches your business to Enterprise.

#Free Plus month

Every new business gets 1 month of Plus for free. You don't need to pay or add a card. Businesses that were already using LiteShop get the free month once, too.

1. Open Settings → Plan to see how many days are left.
2. Before the month ends, choose a plan and pay. See Upgrade.
3. If you don't pay, your business moves to Free. Nothing is deleted. See When a plan ends.

#Usage

Settings → Plan shows bars for what you use: shops, staff, items, discounts, online store items, QR photo checks and payment links this month.

When to use: before you add many items or staff, or when the app says you reached a limit.

1. Open Settings, then Plan.
2. Read each bar, for example "850 / 1,000 items".
3. If a bar is almost full, upgrade or remove what you don't need.

#Upgrade

You pay LiteShop by QR (KBZPay and others) inside the app. LiteShop then switches your plan on.

When to use: when the free month ends, or when you need more than your plan gives.

1. Open Settings → Plan and tap Upgrade.
2. Choose Plus, Pro or Ultra.
3. Choose Monthly or Yearly and how many months or years.
4. On Pro or Ultra, add extra shops if you need more than 3 (Pro) or 5 (Ultra).
5. If you have a promo code, type it. See Promo codes.
6. Check the total. Then open your payment app, scan the LiteShop QR shown and pay exactly that amount.
7. Add the payment screenshot.
8. Wait for the check. If it passes, tap Send for approval.
9. LiteShop checks the payment and approves it, usually within a day. Your new plan starts then.

#Renew or extend

Pay before the end date so the shop never stops. The new time is added to the end of your current plan, so you don't lose any days.

1. Open Settings → Plan and tap Renew.
2. Keep the same plan and choose how long.
3. Pay and send the screenshot like in Upgrade.

Moving to another plan: if you change plan while your paid plan still has days left, the unused days are turned into days of the new plan by price and added. For example, 20 unused Plus days become 9 Pro days (20 × 22,500 ÷ 49,000), and 20 unused Pro days become 9 Ultra days.

#When a plan ends

LiteShop reminds you before your plan ends:

• 7 days before and 1 day before, a banner at the top of the app and a card in Alerts.
• After the end date you get 3 extra days. Everything still works and a red banner asks you to pay.
• After that, your business moves to Free.

Nothing is deleted. On Free:

• Items over 1,000 still sell, and you can still edit them.
• Extra shops keep selling.
• Discounts that are already on keep working, and membership tiers keep giving their discount.
• Supplier and purchase history stays readable.

You just can't add more than the Free limits (for example new items, staff or shops) or open paid tools until you renew. The app shows Upgrade when you try.

#Promo codes

LiteShop sometimes gives promo codes for a lower price. A code can be a percent off or an amount off.

1. In Upgrade, type the code in Promo code.
2. The new total shows right away. If the code doesn't work, the app tells you why, for example it has ended or is not for this plan.
3. Pay the new total.

#Help and support

You can ask LiteShop for help on Telegram.

1. Open Help & learning (in Settings → App, or tap your initials at the top).
2. Tap Chat on Telegram. The message already has your shop name and plan, so we can help faster.
