Make the receipt your own: your logo, your shop's contacts, a thank-you note, a QR code for your Facebook page, a big "Track your parcel" QR for delivery orders, a barcode for returns and more. One design is used everywhere: printed receipts (58 mm and 80 mm), PDF receipts, the receipt on the register's screen, the receipt web page and the receipt email.
Until you save a design, every register prints LiteShop's standard receipt — nothing changes by itself.
#Open the receipt designer
Owners and managers can change the receipt design.
- Open Settings, then Receipts & printers.
- In Receipt design, tap Design receipt.
Managers don't have Settings: tap your name or photo (the account menu), then Receipt design.
On a computer you see the blocks on the left and a live preview on the right. On a phone there are two tabs: Design and Preview.
The buttons at the top:
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| All shops (company design) | Choose which design you edit: the one every shop uses, or one shop's own design. |
| Designs | Ready-made designs and Reset to default. |
| Parcel label | The label for delivery parcels. |
| Test print | Prints the design with a sample sale on this device's printer (or opens the PDF). |
| Save | Saves the design. New receipts use it right away. |
#Blocks
A receipt is a list of blocks, from top to bottom: logo, shop name and address, receipt details, items, totals, a thank-you note, QR codes …
- Change a block: tap it. A panel opens on the right with its options and examples.
- Move a block: on a computer drag the handle on the left; on a phone use the up and down arrows. The ⋮ menu also has Move up and Move down.
- Copy or remove: tap ⋮, then Duplicate or Remove. After Remove, tap Undo if it was a mistake.
- Add a block: tap Add block under the list and choose one. Blocks that need something from you (a picture, a text, a link) open their panel first.
A block shows only when it has something to show. For example, Delivery details and Track parcel QR show only on delivery sales, and Digital codes only on sales with digital goods.
#Logo
- Tap Add block, then Logo.
- Tap Choose picture and pick your logo. If your online store has a logo, you can tap Use my online store logo instead.
- Move Width on the paper to make it bigger or smaller.
- Under Black and white for receipt printers, choose Shades as dots (photos) or Plain black and white (text logos). With plain black and white, move the slider between Lighter and Darker until it looks clear.
- Check How the receipt printer prints it (58 mm or 80 mm), then tap Add.
#Text and contacts
- Text: any text you like — a welcome line, opening hours, a Wi-Fi password. Type it in English, in Myanmar, or both. Tap an example (Thank you, Return policy, Opening hours) to start from it. Choose the Text size and Bold.
- Thank-you or return note: the same as Text, already filled with a thank-you line.
- Shop name and address: the business name and address and the shop name and address from Settings → Business. Untick lines you don't want.
- Phone and chat contacts: phone, Viber, Telegram, Facebook page and website. Tap Fill from my online store to copy them from your online store. On the receipt web page and in emails each contact is a button.
- Divider: a dashed or solid line, or empty space.
#Receipt details
Receipt details shows the receipt number, date and time, cashier, register, customer, ticket name, payment and delivery status — tick the ones you want. Receipt title prints "Sale Receipt" or your own title.
Offline, voided and refunded receipts always say so under the receipt number.
#Items and totals
- Items: the item name and line total always show. Choose the quantity column, variant, unit price (for example "3 x 1,000 Ks"), item discounts, SKU, item barcode and the price before wholesale (crossed out). Weighed items always show the weight and the price per kg.
- Totals: subtotal, discounts (each on its own line or one Discounts line), delivery fee and COD fee, tax, tip, payment methods, paid and change, total savings, cashback and the credit balance with its due date. The total always shows and the rows always add up.
- Digital codes: game cards and top-up codes, only on sales that have them.
Name of the QR account paid (in Totals) is off at first: it shows which KBZPay / Wave account received the money, also on the web page and in emails. Turn it on only if you want customers to see it.
#QR codes
| QR block | What the customer gets |
|---|---|
| Receipt link QR | Opens this receipt on their phone. Prints only when Receipt link QR code is on for the register. |
| Shop QR | Your website, Facebook page, Viber, Telegram or any link. Tap a Quick link to fill it. |
| Track parcel QR | Follows the parcel after handover (see below). |
| Payment QR | Your KBZPay / Wave QR to pay what they still owe (see below). |
| Custom QR | Any link, or a text such as a Wi-Fi password. |
Choose the Size and, if you like, your own Text above the code. On the receipt web page and in emails a QR code becomes a button.
#Track parcel QR
For shops that deliver. The Track parcel QR prints only after the sale was handed to a delivery company with a tracking number or link (Transactions → Hand to delivery company). Before that, nothing prints.
In its panel choose what the code opens: the delivery company's tracking page, the receipt page (it shows the delivery status), or the tracking page when there is one, else the receipt.
Add Delivery details too: address, area, delivery company, tracking number and the cash-on-delivery note ("Pay 53,550 Ks to Royal Express on delivery").
#Payment QR
Shows your KBZPay / Wave QR so the customer can pay what they still owe, for example on a credit sale.
- Add your QR codes in Settings → Payments first.
- Add the Payment QR block and choose the QR code.
- Under When to show it, choose Only when the customer still owes money or On every receipt.
- Optional: tap Read the QR from the photo. When it works, receipt printers print a sharp QR code instead of the photo.
#Receipt barcode
Receipt barcode prints the receipt number as a barcode. When a customer comes back to return something, scan it in the Transactions search to find the sale at once. It prints on paper, PDF and screen receipts only.
#Coupon for the next visit
Bring customers back: add Coupon for the next visit with an offer text such as "Next visit 5% off" and a coupon code. Tap one of your coupons to use its code. The code is the same on every receipt; customers type it at checkout or online.
#Language, size and spacing
In Receipt style:
- Language: Register's language (each register prints in its own language), English, Myanmar, or English and Myanmar (every label in both languages, and both of your texts).
- Text size: Smaller, Normal, Larger or Largest.
- Spacing: Compact (saves paper) or Normal.
- PDF paper: Receipt roll, A5 or A4 for PDF receipts and the print dialog. Receipt printers always use their roll.
Myanmar text always prints as a picture, so it looks the same as on screen.
#Where each block shows
Each block's panel has Where it shows: Printed receipt, PDF receipt, Screen and shared picture, Receipt web page, Receipt email — and for text and shop QR blocks also Customer display (the "Thank you" screen after payment). Untick a place to hide the block there.
Use the preview to check: choose 58 mm, 80 mm, A5, A4, Screen, Web page or Email, and pick a Sample sale (walk-in, delivery with COD, digital codes, credit, weighed items, voided). Open as PDF opens the real PDF.
#Ready-made designs
Tap Designs and choose one, then tap Use this design:
| Design | Good for |
|---|---|
| Standard | The usual LiteShop receipt, as blocks you can change. |
| Simple | Short and clean: shop, items, total and a thank-you. |
| Detailed | Everything: contacts, cashier and register, SKUs, each payment, a barcode for returns and the return policy. |
| Delivery / parcel | Address, delivery company and a big Track parcel QR. |
| English and Myanmar | The standard receipt with every label in both languages. |
Your blocks are replaced; your logo stays. Tap Save to use it.
#A design for one shop
Every shop prints the company design. To give one shop its own design (for example a different address line or Facebook page):
- In the designer, open the menu at the top (All shops (company design)) and choose the shop.
- You start from the company design. Change what you need.
- Tap Save.
To go back, choose the shop, tap Designs, then Use company design.
#Parcel labels
A parcel label is the sticker on a delivery parcel: who sends it, who gets it (name, phone, full address), the cash the courier collects ("COLLECT 53,550 Ks", or PAID), a tracking QR and barcode, and the first items.
Print a label: open the sale in Transactions and tap Print parcel label. You can also print it while handing the parcel over: in Hand to delivery company, type the tracking number, then tap Print parcel label — the label already has the number.
Change the label: Settings → Receipts & printers → Edit label (or Parcel label in the designer):
- Choose the Paper: A6 sheet (PDF), Label printer 100 × 150 mm or Receipt printer roll. For label printers choose the Printer language (TSPL fits most label printers) and resolution.
- Choose Copies and Language.
- Change, move, add or remove blocks like on the receipt.
- Check the preview, tap Test print, then Save.
#Printing tips
- Use Test print after every change: the preview is close, but each printer is a little different.
- Logos and QR codes make printing slower on small Bluetooth printers. If a printer is slow, turn off Print the logo on this device in Settings → Receipts & printers on that device. PDF and online receipts keep the logo.
- A picture that can't load is skipped — it never stops a receipt from printing.
- Compact spacing and a smaller text size save paper.
#Reset to the standard receipt
- In the designer, tap Designs.
- Tap Reset to default, then Reset.
Your design is deleted and every register prints LiteShop's standard receipt again. Shops with their own design keep it — reset each one the same way (Use company design). The parcel label has its own Reset to default in its editor.
